Due to the nature of these materials and our artisanal process, each item is one-of-a-kind and may contain minor imperfections, variations in color, texture, or signs of wear. These characteristics are not defects but part of the charm and history of the vintage materials.
- Product descriptions: We make every effort to display the colors and details of our products accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will reflect the exact appearance of the product. All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.
- Availability: All products are subject to availability. As we use limited vintage materials, we cannot guarantee that an item will be available for purchase at a later date.
All Sales Final Policy
- No returns or exchanges: Due to the custom, delicate, and one-of-a-kind nature of our handmade garments made from vintage materials, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of fit, color variation, or change of mind.
- Damaged or defective items: In the unlikely event that an item arrives defective or was damaged during shipping, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the claim and, at our discretion, may offer a repair, store credit, or a replacement if available. Photographic evidence will be required.
Orders and Payments
- Order acceptance: Your placement of an order does not necessarily signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.
- Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors.
